A complete three-part run of the founding working text of numbering theory as an independent branch of mathematical logic, by Yuri Ershov, later a full academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and formal leader of the Siberian school of algebra and logic. This rotaprint course, covering the general theory of numberings, computable numberings of morphisms, and constructive models, is the direct precursor of Ershov's landmark monograph "Teoriya numeratsiy" (Moscow: Nauka, 1977, 416 pp.), for which he was awarded the Maltsev Prize of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1992 — meaning this university course represents the earliest printed form of a work later honored as one of the defining achievements of the Soviet-Russian school of mathematical logic. The course's content, including the structural theory of numbered sets, m-universality, and computable numberings, laid the groundwork for what became internationally known as the Ershov hierarchy, a foundational structure in computability theory still cited worldwide. Part 1 was issued under Igor Lavrov, and Part 3 under Sergei Goncharov, then a junior colleague who would go on to become an academician himself and Ershov's long-term collaborator, co-authoring the 1999 monograph "Konstruktivnye modeli" with him; their involvement here documents the working core of the Novosibirsk logic school at the moment this material was first being formulated. As issues 5, 11, and 13 of the Chair of Algebra and Mathematical Logic's internal library series, printed in runs of 600-800 copies for circulation among specialists, a complete matching set of all three parts is a genuine rarity among the already scarce grey literature of Soviet mathematical logic.
