A tracking number is provided immediately upon dispatch. However, tracking updates begin only after the parcel reaches the transit hub:
- For destinations in the USA: updates start once the parcel arrives in the United States and is handed over to USPS or UPS.
- For all other countries: updates start once the parcel arrives in Belgium and is transferred to the local postal service (e.g., PostNL or Spring GDS).
