Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Stanza Rare Books. Given the unique nature of rare and antiquarian books, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery if the item is damaged, not as described, or does not match the provided photographs and condition report.
- The book must be returned in the same condition as received (unused and undamaged beyond what was disclosed).
Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue (photos are helpful).
- Upon approval, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours (in which case we will reimburse reasonable postage).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Custom-sourced books (located upon specific request) are non-returnable unless damaged or significantly misrepresented.
